Orange Herb Fish Fillets
This recipe from Company’s Coming cookbook, 4 Ingredient Recipes, is very tasty, and easy to make.
If you don’t have garlic butter, you could use regular butter, and some minced garlic or garlic powder.
Orange Herb Fish Fillets
- 1 lb tilapia or sole, any small bones removed, cut into 4 equal pieces
- 1 tbsp garlic butter
- 1/3 cup finely chopped onion
- 3 tbsp orange juice
- Arrange the fish pieces in a greased 8×8 inch baking dish. Set aside.
- Melt the butter in a small frying pan over medium heat.
- Add onion and cook for about 5 minutes, stirring often, untion softened.
- Remove from heat.
- Add orange juice and a sprinkle of salt and pepper. Stir.
- Spoon onto fish.
- Bake, uncovered, in 450°F oven for about 10 minutes, until fish flakes easily when tested with fork.
Serves 4.
