Gluten-Free Certification Organization
The Gluten-Free Certification Organization website is a great source for gluten free product information.
From their Home page, click on the Certified tab, then click on Retail Products.
Select either a Company or a Product Category, then click Go, to see a list of products.
While reading a specific company’s information, you can click on its logo to go to the company’s website, for more information.
The website also has a few recipes from manufacturers, and an FAQ section.
